Last week on the blog you might have seen a recipe for a delicious cherry breakfast by David Bez. His new book ‘Breakfast Love’ is filled with healthy options for breakfast bowls, mixing sweet fruits and superfoods to make the best combinations! They’re a great alternative to sugary cereals and are quick and easy to make so there’s no excuses to skip breakfast altogether.
This particular treat combines sharp blackberries and crumbled goat cheese with soft figs and crunchy almonds. Whether you’re fueling-up before the school run or perhaps you partied a little too far into the early hours of the morning, this will definitely give you a tasty wake-up call! Figs are a highly concentrated source of vitamins and almonds are filled with healthy fats so you can enjoy this healthy breakfast guilt free!
