We recently sent a selection of our Easter products to Laura-Ann of All.That’s.Pretty. Here’s how she styled them for her Easter get-together!
Easter is such a lovely time of the year, the mornings are brighter, the weather is warmer and the flowers are all starting to come out finally.. and the chocolate.. let’s not forget the chocolate! We usually go away over the Easter holidays, it’s become a bit of a tradition however this year we have a newborn baby just a few weeks old along side a toddler and we thought that might be a little too adventurous to head off just at this time and made the decision to spend Easter at home instead. Not one to forgo an occasion I thought the next best thing would be to have close family over for an Easter gathering and looked no further than Party Pieces to make the event that little bit more special. I am a massive fan of decorating, much to my husbands displeasure asking him to hang things from the most difficult of places but I don’t think a party is a party unless it has plenty of accessories and decorations…the more the better I say.
I’m a massive pastel fan, my house is mostly creams and duck egg blues throughout and the Bouncing Bunnies product range was just what I was looking for… lots of yellows, baby blues, pinks and creams that coordinated in our dining room perfectly. I decorated the room with fresh daffodils and primroses for a touch of spring and then added the party pieces decorations as I went along. The little white twig Party Pieces tree with hanging decorations added a lovely touch to the dining room and made a gorgeous table centre too on the adults table. The bouncing bunnies paper plates and cups were a life saver and meant that hosting 12 people with a newborn was a breeze and very easy to tidy up after. We served hot crossed buns, home baked birds nests and Easter cupcakes alongside some homemade sausage rolls and sandwiches and the food went down a treat. We had a wonderful afternoon getting everyone together and might just make an Easter party our new tradition!
